Do you sell wholesale?
Yes, please contact Queens Metal and request a wholesale information packet. Note that wholesale orders are available only to authorized retailers.

How do I purchase a piece?
Queens Metal is proud to sell through Etsy, a wonderful source for anything and everything handmade. To buy using Etsy, you must first register with the site, which is free and easy to do. Etsy accepts payments through Paypal, although you do not need a Paypal account to send a payment, just a major credit card. Queens Metal pieces are also available in boutiques across the US.

Do you have a mailing list?
Yes. E-Newsletters are sent out twice annually. You can request to be added to the mailing list here. Queens Metal promises that your email will not be sold, distributed or misused in any way! For weekly updates from the Queens studio, visit our studio blog.

Products

What sort of materials do you use?
Queens Metal pieces are constructed using primarily sterling silver, as well as brass and copper. Some silver is darkened with a patina for a more industrial effect. Patina will not come off on skin, although it may lighten slightly over time.

Do you make everything?
Yes, everything is handmade in the Queens Metal studio.

Can I request a custom order?
Custom orders are available based on the season and the type of piece requested. Custom orders can take up to one month to create, please plan accordingly. Queens Metal makes custom jewelry perfect for wedding parties, baby showers, and other special occasions. A Queens piece makes a perfect gift for bridesmaids! Shipping

How long will it take for my order to arrive?
Orders are shipped within seven business days of receipt of payment (Note: E-checks take a few days to clear). Rush orders can usually be accommodated, but please contact us to request a rush order before purchasing.

Do you ship to...?
Queens Metal offers worldwide shipping. All orders sent outside the United States will be shipped using the US Postal Service, via airmail. Items shipped within the United States are sent via USPS first class mail. Expedited USPS Priority shipping is available upon request.

Returns

What is your return policy?
All items are made to order, so returns are generally not accepted, unless:
- Item is not as described
- Item is defective
- ...other extenuating circumstances, on a case by case basis
